Located in Pacific Grove, CA, with 95,263 square feet spread across four stories. It will offer 101 guest rooms, including six suites, and redefine luxury hospitality in the region. The project also includes a subterranean parking garage, ensuring convenience and accessibility for the guests. The property will be the first new hotel built in the area in approximately 30 years.
