The Kimpton features five-star dining, state of the art ballroom and meeting spaces, and one of Denver’s best rooftop bars.

MCI strategically acquired a parcel of land in Steamboat Springs, CO ideal for a hotel development. Levering new and existing hotel management and operations relationships, the property was sold at the 3-year forecasted rate within 6 months of opening.

Located in Pacific Grove, CA, with 95,263 square feet spread across four stories. It will offer 101 guest rooms, including six suites, and redefine luxury hospitality in the region. The project also includes a subterranean parking garage, ensuring convenience and accessibility for the guests. The property will be the first new hotel built in the area in approximately 30 years.
