Jack McClurg has a long history of entrepreneurial success. Building on a successful career as a Principal Consultant at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP (PwC), Mr. McClurg transitioned into a role as vice president and chief information officer of Integrated Pharmaceutical Services, the pharmacy benefits management subsidiary of Foundation Health Systems, Inc. He then founded HealthTrans, where he held the position of Chief Executive Officer for 13 years. In that time, Mr. McClurg grew the company to become among the largest pharmacy benefits managers in the United States responsible for over $1.4 billion in annual pharmacy transactions.
As the head of McClurg Century Investments, Jack has overseen an organization that has successfully acquired, built, and financed a wide variety of real estate assets including hospitality, self-storage, multifamily housing, and aircraft hangars. He is deeply experienced working in all areas of the capital stack, including common equity, senior financing, and mezzanine debt, having been involved in over $300 million of real estate transactions.
