Zach Lane has been involved in private equity commercial real estate investing over the past decade, specializing in hospitality and multifamily housing. His expertise spans acquisitions and asset management for both stabilized properties and ground up development. Zach has successfully overseen a diverse range of real estate investments, including the transformation of an offsite panelized multifamily housing manufacturing company from a developer’s concept to over $100 million in equity value, and the full-scale renovation and repositioning of a 369-room Hilton property. He is heavily experienced in real estate transactions, including both acquisitions and recapitalizations. In the hospitality industry, Zach has managed investments in a wide variety of Hilton, Marriott, and IHG brands (Hilton, Hilton Garden Inn, Marriott, Courtyard by Marriott, Doubletree, Hampton Inn, and Kimpton among others).
Zach holds a J.D. and M.B.A. from Columbia Law School and Columbia Business School, and a B.A. in Politics from New York University.
